Cold winter temperatures can leave eggs frozen, cracked, and unusable before you have a chance to collect them. The HenGear HeatMat is designed to help protect eggs from freezing by adding heat directly beneath the Nest Pad in your HenGear collection tray.

Our re-designed HeatMats are made specifically to fit HenGear Nest Boxes and install in just minutes. Simply place the HeatMat beneath the brown Nest Pad, route the power cord out of the collection tray, and connect it to the included Thermo Cube.

Automatic Temperature Control

Every HenGear HeatMat includes a Thermo Cube, so there's no need to constantly plug and unplug your Heat Mat as temperatures change.

• Turns ON when the ambient temperature drops below 35°F
• Turns OFF when the ambient temperature rises above 45°F

Once installed and plugged in, the system automatically provides heat when cold weather arrives and shuts off as temperatures warm.

Designed for Your HenGear Nest Box

Choose the Heat Mat that matches your HenGear Nest Box:

• Small Nest Box — 6" × 22" | 60 Watts | 0.5 Amps
• Medium Nest Box — 6" × 32" | 87 Watts | 0.8 Amps
• Large Nest Box — 6" × 46" | 125 Watts | 1.1 Amps
• X-Large Nest Box — 6" × 70" | 190 Watts | 1.7 Amps

Quick & Easy Installation

1. Remove the brown Nest Pad from the collection tray.
2. Place the HeatMat flat inside the collection tray.
3. Route the HeatMat power cord under the black collection tray curtain and out through the Nest Box entrance.
4. Place the brown Nest Pad back over the HeatMat.
5. Plug the Thermo Cube into a standard 110V outlet.
6. Plug the Heat Mat power cord into the Thermo Cube.

That's it. Your HeatMat is ready to automatically provide warmth when temperatures drop.
