Shipping policy
Please note that HenGear is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order has left our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the package's security falls on the customer and the carrier. We recommend monitoring the tracking information closely and taking precautions to ensure safe delivery.
All duties, fees, and taxes are calculated at checkout for our Canadian customers (No surprise delivery fees)
All other orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA & Canada are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.
We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges. We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.
Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges, including duties, fees, and taxes.
Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.
