If you need to return your purchase, we’re happy to help.

• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the order date

• Items must be in original condition and packaging

• HenGear will cover return shipping

• To start a return, email support@hengear.com 

Bulk & Large Orders

For large or bulk purchases (six or more items), additional terms may apply.

• Returns and satisfaction claims for bulk orders must be coordinated directly with our support team

• We’ll work with you to determine the best solution, including returns, replacements, or partial refunds when appropriate
